Property developer Greg Kavanagh looks set for another legal showdown with the Revenue Commissioners. Two sets of tax proceedings were lodged against a company in his stable, Beakonshaw Contracting Ltd, on Thursday. The law firm Holmes O’Malley Sexton is acting for Revenue. The cases follow the appointment in July of liquidators to five insolvent companies run by the Wicklow-born developer over tax debts of €2.2 million: Fofo Investments, Beakonshaw Management, For Much Needed Housing, New Generation Construction, and Sequana Assets.
