The LHK Group is completing its tenth acquisition of a rival business, taking the fast-growing Irish-owned company past the 100-employee mark. The LHK Group has bought RJ Crowley & Co Ltd, a life and pensions company founded in 1985 in Dublin 14, and Insurances & Financial Services Ltd (IFS), a life and pensions firm in Lucan which was founded in 1990. It is also acquiring Wealth Alliance Ltd, a Swords-based life and pensions firm founded by well-known financial adviser Brenda Rogan in 2011. Rogan will join LHK in a senior leadership role.
