The owner of the Point Square Shopping Centre in Dublin’s docklands is suing a former office tenant, claiming it is owed €1.62 million for remedial works. Hakuba has brought commercial proceedings in the High Court seeking damages against Voxpro Ltd trading as Telus International, a Canadian IT services firm.  It claims the IT company failed to remove various additions to the property and return it in good condition when its 10-year lease expired last July.
