The former Press Up boss Paddy McKillen Jr has said “insolvency is now unavoidable” after a number of alternative lenders pursued him in the courts for millions of euro in personal guarantees he gave in support of company debts. “These liabilities outweigh any assets,” the former hospitality boss said in a statement issued on Friday evening.
