Investors have accused homebuilder Clopen Capital of using loans issued for a residential build in Cork to fund other construction projects, in a commercial lawsuit alleging shareholder oppression. The High Court claims relate to a separate company called Wayleaf and are brought by fund manager Paul Gorman and Dublin and London-based finance lawyer Nollaig Murphy through their respective companies Hudson Valley and Panacea.
