The Imperial Dental Group is buying Smiles Dental practices in the Republic of Ireland. Founded and owned by Balbir Singh Bhandal, the Imperial Dental Group already owns a large number of practices in England and Wales. Its acquisition of the 20-strong Smiles Dental chain is its first move into Ireland. Bhandal has over 30 years of experience in the dental business. Imperial Dental Group lists 19 locations on its website, and it works with the NHS as well as private patients.
