As I wait for The Currency’s post-budget interview with Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform Jack Chambers in the lobby of his department, I pick up a leaflet from the trade union Fórsa lingering on a table. It is from August and encourages civil servants to vote for industrial action and increase the pressure for a new public sector pay deal.
