Irish infrastructure group NTR and British investment firm Legal & General have announced the first close of a €330 million infrastructure fund, the two groups’ second joint fund. After their Clean Power Fund Europe III reached final close in March 2025 with €640 million, the two went back to the market for the L&G NTR Clean Power Transition IV Fund. This is the second fund of the partnership, but NTR’s fourth.
