Derek Richardson, the founder of 123.ie and former owner of Wasps rugby club, is locking horns in the English courts with AIB and his financial advisors over debts surrounding the fallen club. In the latest action, Richardson is fending off claims by AIB’s UK arm that he is on the hook for £2.5 million (€3 million) owed by Wasps-linked companies.
