Michael JF Wright’s hospitality group has initiated five separate legal actions against insurers and brokers in the past two days as the fight between restaurants or bars and their providers of business interruption cover intensifies in the courts. Proceedings were issued by Hennessy and Perrozzi Solicitors, based a short distance away from Wright’s offices in Swords, Co Dublin.
