As the public deserts shopping centres for the pandemic’s second nationwide lockdown, two companies already at the heart of the mounting wave of litigation over commercial rents are facing off in a fresh High Court case. JSC Properties, the owner of the Jervis Shopping Centre in Dublin, issued summary proceedings against Boots Retail Ireland on Thursday, court records show.
