Calling the results of the US presidential and congressional races in the 20th hour after the closing of the polls is a perilous exercise. Especially, in the current election, marked by extraordinary circumstances and the galvanising nature of the contest itself. As I write this piece, the pivotal states that will decide the outcome of the Election 2020 are shifting the election towards the Biden-Harris ticket.
