In a landmark judgment last month, the High Court agreed with landlords that the retailer New Look was not yet insolvent and set aside the appointment of an interim examiner. The retailer had come to court claiming insolvency and seeking the appointment of an examiner to its 27 Irish stores, a move designed to allow its long-term leases to be restructured.
