Former Fianna Fáil TD Frank O’Rourke has launched a High Court action against social media giants Facebook and Twitter. The former TD for Kildare North constituency confirmed he was taking legal action against Facebook and Twitter when contacted by The Currency. However, he said he did not want to discuss why he is suing them at this stage.
