Martis Capital, a $1.2 billion private equity fund, has invested in DCN Diagnostics, a specialist diagnostics developer co-founded by Irish biotech entrepreneur Brendan O’Farrell.  O’Farrell co-founded the business in 2003 and currently serves as its president. DCN specialises in developing rapid diagnostics tests for infectious diseases like Covid-19. The financial terms of the investment deal by Martis in the company were not disclosed.
