Elm, a data platform for fast-moving consumer good brands, has raised €275,000 from 12 angel investors including a retail industry veteran, a search engine for real estate entrepreneur, Five Guys investor Ross Desmond and his wife, the designer Stephanie Desmond.  The business, which was co-founded by Emily Prevezer and Cian Kennedy, is already working with British challenger brands including coffee products maker Minor Figures, plant-based treats producer Livia’s, and boutique tea retailer Teapigs.
