Dubliner James McGann and Melbourne-born Seb Poole were building separate start-ups in South East Asia and first met when they were both asked to volunteer with a non-profit working to reduce plastic waste in Bali. They instantly hit it off. One of the main topics they bonded over was mental health, having both witnessed first-hand the devastating effects of mental health issues on family and friends. This friendship then sparked the idea to create a B2B technology platform that provides tools and supports for employees’ mental health in the workplace.
