The features of any good job are easy enough to define. You really only need two things. First, decent compensation that allows the job holder so they can access the basic services of a good life like housing, education, and health care. Second, decent terms and conditions: Stability of hours worked, clear health and safety protections, and opportunities for acquiring new skills and responsibilities.
