Hemp-based product maker Celtic Wind Crops is seeking to raise €3.5 million to fund a shareholding restructuring and sales and marketing drive into new markets. The Louth-based company is already backed by its executive chairman David Connolly who was previously involved in his brother Barry Connolly’s Richmond Marketing which is best known for distributing Red Bull. David Connolly was also an early stage investor in Jobs.ie, which was sold in 2011.
