Last September, the chain of sports fashion stores Foot Locker, like many other retailers in Ireland, became embroiled in a High Court dispute with a commercial landlord. Yet its case against Percy Nominees Ltd, a vehicle set up by Davy to hold legal titles on behalf of unnamed property investors, is unusual in several ways.
