Noel Rock was one of the youngest people ever elected to the Dáil when he won a seat for the Fine Gael party in 2016 in his late 20s. But losing his seat in the 2020 general election, at the age of 32, left him out of a job. Rock initially sought a return to the politics by running for the Seanad.
