A shareholder dispute has broken out in multinational plant based frozen food manufacturer Strong Roots over allegedly lower than expected gross profits. US private equity investors have brought a suit against the Dublin founder of the multimillion firm Sam Dennigan and his company Mindville Ltd claiming a 2019 shareholder’s agreement has been breached.
