The children of bankrupt developer Sean Dunne have secured an urgent freezing order against their father following the alleged “secret” sale of a property beside the K Club in Co Kildare. John Dunne, the adult son of Sean Dunne, and his four younger siblings, suing through Dunne’s former wife and the mother of the four Gayle Killilea, claim to have an interest in two properties at 9a and 19 Churchfields, Straffan.
