When Irish call centre company Eishtec was acquired by a business process management (BPM) subsidiary of Infosys in October of this year, no financial details were disclosed. We knew it was a good deal for the company’s shareholders, but we did not have any visibility on just how good. “Infosys has entered into a strategic partnership with Eishtec, which includes the transfer of Eishtec’s business to Infosys BPM, an Infosys company.
