Kildare native Sean Smith doesn’t come from a farming background but after one conversation with a vet about the laborious process of testing livestock for parasites, Smith decided to come up with a solution. Smith, along with Daniel Izquierdo, Tara McElligott, and Jose Lopez created Micron Agritech while studying product design at Technological University Dublin (TUD).
