Covid restrictions are ending. With a return to the normality of work in offices, many workers are thinking about moving jobs. A recent survey by my colleagues at the University of Limerick’s Kemmy Business School found 40 per cent of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement “my future lies outside this organisation”.
