After establishing a clinic in 2009, an unnamed businessman brought in various medical professionals to treat patients at his premises. Between 2012 and 2015, seven of them occupied the surgeries made available by the man – one dental hygienist and doctors with specialities ranging from gynaecology to dentistry.  They operated under contracts stating that both the owner of the clinic, who was not medically qualified, and each practitioner working there were all “self-employed”.
