Attestor Capital is in the advanced stages of acquiring five well known Dublin pubs for a price of over €35 million. The London-based fund, which has an office in Dublin, has exchanged contracts to acquire the pubs from the family-owned Smith Pub Group. This will take the number of pubs Attestor Capital owns in the capital to six, adding to its previous acquisition of Dublin’s oldest pub the Brazen Head on Bridge Street in the Liberties for €15 million.
