Prodieco, a specialist precision engineering company owned by the Rennicks family, has been bought out by Agilitas, a pan-European mid-market private equity firm. Headquartered in Dublin, Prodieco employs 230 people and is the largest independent global provider of high-performance blister tooling change parts for the pharmaceutical industry. Founded in 1962, the business was bought by the late Robin Rennicks in 1999.
