Irish founded employee engagement platform Wrkit has been sold to British peer company Benefex. The deal was announced to its customers today. Benefex is part of the Bain Capital-backed Zellis Group, the number one provider of human resources, payroll software and related outsourcing services in Britain. Benefex is the company behind OneHub, an employee experience platform that works with 1.5 million employees in 650 organisations across 70 countries.
