Jack Pierse is standing just outside his office on Baggot Street in Dublin 2. Pierse will turn 30 later this month but it has already been a momentous start to the year. Just two weeks ago, along with his co-founder Aidan Corbett, Pierse finalised a $150 million funding round that valued their business, Wayflyer, at $1.6 billion.
