Una McClean, the “business and life partner” of Dublin landlord Paul Howard, may have “knowingly assisted” him in attempts to dissipate his assets in breach of a High Court freezing order, the Revenue Commissioners have claimed. Last November 9, the tax authority secured an injunction against the controversial businessman preventing him from reducing his assets below €2.3 million, the sum it says he owes in tax and statutory interest.
