It started in a basement. For two weeks, while the world locked down their economies and Covid-19 pushed people into their homes, Dave Mulligan worked on an idea.  The owner of the cocktail haven Bar 1661 in Dublin 7 and the founder of Bán Poitín, Mulligan knew he needed something unique in the Irish market to get through the pandemic.  The result was Craft Cocktails, pre-bottled cocktails that come in electric shades of yellow and deep maroon, which have become familiar in off-licences around the country.
