The liquidator of a Dolphin Trust-linked firm has told creditors who are owed €42 million that he has issued legal letters before action to 13 different parties involved in the business. Myles Kirby, the official liquidator of MUT 103 Ltd, issued his annual report on Thursday to investors, updating them on what he described as a “complex” liquidation that required extensive investigation.
