In July 2021, the commission investigating the sale of building services group Siteserv to the businessman Denis O’Brien by the former Anglo Irish Bank issued a draft of its report to relevant parties. It was circulated 2,213 days after the commission was established, and it ran to a hefty 1,280 pages. The commission, led by Mr Justice Brian Cregan, gave the various interested parties until October 22 to provide submissions in relation to the content of the report.
