The law firm handling claims connected to the mica scandal in Co Donegal says it currently has instructions to issue more than a thousand writs, putting it on target to be one of the largest multi-party actions ever in Ireland.  Coleman Legal has already initiated High Court proceedings on behalf of around 330 litigants seeking damages for negligence over the use of allegedly defective building blocks in their homes and other buildings.
