A shareholder dispute is brewing at Barracuda FX, an Irish fintech company acquired in 2019 by New York-based foreign exchange trading provider Broadway Technology. High Court proceedings have been lodged against the US registered firm, along with Broadway Barracuda Holdings LLC, and another group entity, the Dublin-based Ion Investment.
