In the run up to the budget last year Kevin Nowlan, Hibernia REIT’s CEO, and Thomas Edwards-Moss, its CFO, headed to the Department of Finance for a meeting with Des Carville. Des Carville is head of the Shareholding and Financial Advisory Division at the Department. He’s responsible for Nama and IBRC, among other things.
