The company behind Brasserie Sixty6, a Dublin 2 restaurant co-owned by celebrity chef Dylan McGrath, has circulated a rescue plan to restructure its debts using a new process for small and micro companies. The proposed deal will see McGrath lend €151,000 to the business in order to pay dividends to creditors and fund the cost of restructuring his South Great George’s Street restaurant.
