The Irish-born owners and an employee at a San Francisco plastering company and its sister construction firm have been charged with multiple felonies for allegedly engaging in a tax and insurance fraud scheme involving millions of dollars over a multi-year period. San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced the charges on Thursday against Denis Cullinane, owner of Cullinane Plastering, and Jeremiah ‘Jerry’ Cullinane, owner of Cullinane Construction. Gemma Maher, an office administrator of Cullinane Construction, was also charged.
