Over the coming weeks, the Commission of Investigation into the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) will prepare a short report for government in relation to the 37 transactions it was tasked with probing once it finished its mammoth investigation into the purchase of Siteserv by the businessman Denis O’Brien.
