Pop mogul Louis Walsh and retired jockey Kieren Fallon are among a flurry of legal claims recently lodged against the publishers of The Sun and the now defunct News of the World newspapers in the High Court in London.  Other names taking action against Ruper Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers (NGN) include ex-Take That singer Gary Barlow, British Labour politicians Peter Mandelsohn and Vince Cable, TV presenter Jonathan Ross, footballer’s wife Stacey Giggs and Brigadier Andrew Parker Bowles, the former husband of Britain’s Queen consort Camilla Parker Bowles.
