The start-up, led by Adam Keane, recently signed a partnership in the UK where it could reach up to 6,000 care services all while it is hiring in France.
The Talbot Group provides day and respite care to people with an intellectual disability across Leinster. It is being sold for the second time in four years, this time to a Dutch investment fund.
