The Panel surveyed our senior candidates (predominantly, but not exclusively, finance candidates with salaries greater than €80,000) on their current thoughts on the way we work, the energy crisis, and their own career planning. The survey was undertaken in October 2022.  We invited more than 2,000 people to participate in this confidential survey and received more than 400 responses.
