If, as looks increasingly likely, Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Green Party decide to coalesce and form the next government together, their programme for government will need to reconcile the parties’ taxation proposals set out in their election manifestos.  But can it be done? Are they compatible or will they struggle to bring together the strands of three different policy documents?
