My company, The Panel, runs a candidate sentiment survey every six months to assess candidates’ attitudes to certain topics. A total of 2,097 candidates completed the survey for this six-month. period, They were from junior management to C-suite level across the IT, finance, accounting, legal, HR, and ESG professions. They were presented with a multiple-choice questionnaire for each question and offered the opportunity to give their expanded views.
