The latest Daft.ie Sales Report, covering the second quarter of the year, showed a significant bump in the average listed price between March and June. Nationally, the average increase, quarter-on-quarter, was provisionally estimated to be 3.8 per cent (provisional as the figures come out before the end of June and so will be updated in due course).
