Founded in 2005 by Tim and Vanessa Greenwood, Cooks Academy provides courses to both amateur food enthusiasts and to chefs looking to refine their work. Located on South William Street in the heart of Dublin 2, the 4,000 square foot premises has a demonstration kitchen theatre that can seat up to 80 people, while a further kitchen has benches for 72 people.
