The Company Law Review Group (CLRG) has largely operated away from the public radar, advising on Ireland’s corporate legal landscape to ensure we have “efficient world-class company law infrastructure”. Chaired by seasoned solicitor Paul Egan, the review group was set up in 2000 to monitor, review, and advise the Minister for Enterprise on matters concerning the Companies Act.
