Hearing that children have seen or experienced horrifying things online is nothing new. Everything from grooming to death threats has formed a part of the underage online experience for years. And yet it was hard not to be shocked all over again by the publication of The Year Little Has Changed, the latest annual report by CyberSafeKids, an Irish nonprofit focused on promoting online safety.
